Kurzfassung englisch:
A brief description of several methods of angular measurements is given. The development of a new sensor based on the spatial light modulation in a 90 µm thick orthoferrite crystal is discussed. The spatial resolution is in the nanometer range and the bandwidth is more than 1 MHz.
