Kurzfassung englisch:
The mechanical deformation of two Roebel bars embedded in a slot of an
electrical machine is mainly depending on the acting electromagnetic
volume force density inside the conducting domains, the anisotropic
mechanical properties and the applied mechanical slot wedge fixing. Thus, there must be distinguished between mechanical lose and mechanical fixed Roebel bars inside a slot. The application of a hybrid technique allows to describe the transitional state between both cases in dependence of the electrical current and various used materials the Roebel bar is built up. The analysis of those electromechanical hybrid technique requires the accurate computation of volume forces inside conducting regions and surface forces at material boundaries. Thus, a numerical implementation for the numerical computation of surface forces using two surface layers
of finite elements situated at both sides of the material boundary is
further explained.
