Kurzfassung englisch:
The steady-state parameters such as inductances and electromagnetic forces of a permanent magnet biased active magnetic bearing with three poles are calculated by using finite element analyses. Since the permanent magnets cause a homopolar distribution of the magnetic field, 3D analyses have to be applied to obtain accurate results. With the intent of finally using a position-sensorless control algorithm for the hybrid magnetic bearing, the influence of the rotor position on the electromagnetic bearing parameters is of great interest. In order to achieve a fast modelling and computation environment in particular with the various eccentric rotor positions, the sliding surface method is utilized with modelling and analysis of the hybrid magnetic bearing.
