English abstract:
In this paper we discuss how DRAM refreshes influence the execution times and the Worst-Case Execution-Time (WCET) analysis of real-time programs executed on platforms that use DRAM. To this end we identify the parameters and the circum-stances that affect the wait states caused by a DRAM refresh, and demonstrate that DRAM refreshes can invalidate the worst-case execution path determined by static WCET analysis for a program.
