"Dependability in e-assessment";
international journal on e-learning (eingeladen), 6 (2007), 2; S. 293 - 302.

Kurzfassung englisch:
E-learning systems are used by many universities for both blended learning and distance education. In both cases the success of courses depends, among many other factors, on e-learning applications that work reliably. For e-assessments the expected level of reliability and dependability is even higher. By clearly analyzing technical and nontechnical aspects the authors show how a simple concept - the use of paper trails - can be applied to improve dependability.
