English abstract:
One of the key problems in building simulation is to determine the accuracy of a simulation model. Due to the complexity of a building, a comprehensive and exhaustive mathematical proof is usually not
possible. Therefore, an appropriate way to validate a building model is to compare simulation results with measurements obtained from real buildings. Such comparisons not only allow for the validation of
simulation models used in the context of building design support, but also provide calibrated simulation models to be applied in the context of real-time simulation-assisted building systems control.
