English abstract:
The complexity and variety of today's building systems make analytics of building data a challenging task. To be able to consolidate and analyze the vast amount of information including data regarding system structure, device characteristics, or operational data (e.g. task schedules) as well as monitoring data and external information (e.g. weather data) a reliable semantic model that represents the expert knowledge about building systems is necessary. This paper focuses on the semantic modeling of building systems to support advanced data analytics algorithms for improvement of building energy effciency.
