English abstract:
The handling and assembling of microcomponents is usually considered as a bottleneck in the fabrication process of hybrid micro-systems. This is especially true for very small components that require high positioning tolerances. This paper presents gripping solutions for various applications concerning the handling and the assembling of micro-components developed within the framework of the TMR (Training & Mobility for Researchers) project HAFAM (Handling and Assembly of Functionally Adapted Micro-Components). Several tools for handling and assembling have been designed and prototypes developed such as, modular grippers, suction grippers and plastic wafer magazines.
