English abstract:
Optimum output feedback control is modified by including
the norm of the output state controller to reduce the
high-frequency noise influence on the actuating variable, to
avoid peaks in the actuating variable and to limit
the entries as used in fixed-point microprocessors.
The Frobenius norm or any other norm of the output feedback controller
can be applied.
