Kurzfassung englisch:
To raise the overall efficiency and the reliability of a DC-to-AC converter with large input voltage range, a combined multi-input/multi-output stage converter can be used. The development of a 120V-240V DC (input) to 230Vrms AC (output) / 1kW inverter is explained, realization hints are given and the efficiency of the complete inverter compared to a conventional solution is presented. Optimization aspects and a topology improvement are discussed
