English abstract:
Basic studies have been conducted to realize mechanical sensors in thick film technology
utilizing glass ceramic coated steel substrates. Topic of this work was to specify the
piezoresistive performance of appropriate thick film resistor compositions applied on
steel substrate for sensor application. The results have been contrasted with the
performance of resistors realized onto conventional alumina substrates. Aspects of sensor
realization may be derived by considering experimental data.
