English abstract:
Eigenvalue assignment is addressed for multivariable control systems
with eigenvalue multiplicity up to the order of the system. Addidionally,
the problem is subject to the condition of a minimum of these multiple
eigenvalues and the controller norm as well.
The solution is presented as a state space or output controller.
