English abstract:
The mechanical displacement of slot conductors embedded in slots of
large electrical machines is caused by forces of electromagnetic and
mechanical origin. In each occurring operational state, the mechanical
behaviour is affected not only by the forces but also by nonlinear
magnetic and mechanical material properties. Thereby, two completely
different cases of mechanical loose and mechanical fixed conductors can
be observed. The presented analytical calculation takes into account for
these influences with appropriate boundary conditions and introducing
correction coefficients in dependence of the current load. The proposed
analytical method is compared with coupled electromagnetic-mechanical
finite element analyses whereby the sufficient high accuracy of the
analytical results is confirmed.
