"CLINICAL VERSUS PORTABLE MONITORING: POSSIBILITIES AND PITFALLS";
Vortrag: Annual Conference on the Institute for Psychophysiology and Rehabilitation, Palanga, Lithuania; 20.12.2005 - 21.12.2005; in: "Abstracts of presentations", (2005), S. 29.

Kurzfassung englisch:
Clinical investigations using state-of-the-art technologies, as described below, continue to be the accepted diagnostic method, show the highest reliability but are expensive and show restricted availability even in the leading European countries. Presumptions that accurate functional state evaluations can be performed more conveniently, at lower costs, and with comparable efficiency by the unattended portable recording have led to a rapid increase in the use of portable equipment. However, the present work shows that the portable recording not only solves some problems of the clinical recording but also yields same specific pitfalls.
