"Magnetostriction of Different Types of Fe-based Soft Magnetic Alloys Under Rotational Magnetization";
Przeglad Elektrotechniczny, 5 (2005), ROK LXXXI; 47 - 51.

English abstract:
The paper compares multidirectional magnetostrictive strain of different types of FE-based soft magnetic alloys as resulting from rotational magnetization. Highly grain oriented SiFe showed a dramatic increase of strain of two orders of magnitude for circular magnetization (compared to alternating magnetization), grain oriented by one order. For industrial relevant elliptical magnetization, one order and a half order, respectively, resulted. Non-oriented SiFe as well as isotropic amorphous materials showed lower increases, the peak induction in rolling direction being the most relevant quantity here.
