"Optical receiver IC with capacitive coupled distributed resistors resulting in effectively reduced parasitic capacitance";
Electronics Letters, vol. 41 (2005), 1301 - 1302.

English abstract:
The reduction of the wavelength from 785 nm (CD) to 410 nm (Bluray) in optical storage systems leads to the requirement of optical receivers with high bandwidth and high sensitivity. The circuit presented achieves a bandwidth of 615 MHz with a transimpedance of 200 kΩ due to the usage of capacitive coupled distributed resistors in the feedback path.
