English abstract:
The degree by which a net output vector, for given primary inputs and environmental standards, could be extended, could be considered as measure of eco-efficiency. Equivalently this could be also achieved by a reduction of primary inputs for given standards and final demand.
The paper explores further the relationship of such models geneerating proportional efficiency measures with those of data envelopment analysis, a method used widely for efficiency measurement.
