German abstract:
For a finitely generated free pro-p group G the following statements are equivalent:
(a) G is a virtually free pro-p group;
(b) G acts faithfully and irreducibly on a pro-p tree with finite
vertex stabilizers;
(c) G is the pro-p fundamental group of a finite graph of p-groups.

The result generalizes the famous result of J.P.Serre, namely, when G is torsion free then G is free pro-p.
