English abstract:
In this work a knowledge-based decision system for an online videotheodolite-based multisensor system is developed. The measurement system bases on modified videotheodolites. The fundamental idea of this system is to use the texture on the surface of the object to find interesting points by special image processing methods
which can replace artificial targets. The disadvantage of such an online measurement system is the requirement for a well-trained measurement expert who has to have certain skills and experience to properly handle the complex system.
To eliminate this disadvantage we implement a suitable decision system,
which supports the operator. All decisions are done on the basis of appropriate values which represent the captured image. This feature extraction is done in a special developed image analysis process. This thesis starts with an overview on the basic concept of the developed measurement system. After that the developed image analysis, which represents the basis for all the automatic or semi-automatic decision-making processes, is described. The main part of this work deals with the development of the knowledge-based decision system; the rules, their preconditions and some details about the implementation are presented. Finally, the functionality of the new developed system is shown by experiments. In all test sceneries the process results in a final point list, which is suitable for the provided processing steps (deformation analysis or object reconstruction).
