Abstract
We report on thermal transport properties of the heavy-fermion compound YbRh2Si2. Thermal conductivity κ and thermopower S measurements on single-crystalline samples of YbRh2(Si1-xGex)2 with x=0 and 0.05 in the temperature range between 2 and 300 K are presented. In this region, the transition from incoherent to coherent Kondo scattering and crystal electric field excitations play a major role in the transport and scattering processes of the system.
