English abstract:
`Dynamical Neutron Polarization´ contrary to all other known techniques offers the possibility to polarize a beam of thermal or cold
neutrons without loosing, at least in principle, any of the incident particles. The basic theoretical concept of this unique method based
upon spin rotation formalism is presented. Taking into account various technical details and aspects, we have checked its actual
feasibility by extensive Monte Carlo simulations under conditions as close to reality as possible.
