English abstract:
The sputtering of a cluster consisting of 27 copper atoms from a (0001) graphite surface bombarded
by Cu
particles with energies of 100, 200, and 400 eV has been simulated by the molecular dynamics method.
Factors accounting for the greater sputtering yield of copper from Cu
cluster bombarded by Cu
in comparison
to the case of bombardment with Xe and Cu monomers are considered.
