English abstract:
A new approach for the preparation of homogeneously dispersed silica/metal oxide Systems by sol-gel processing is presented which consists in using a new kind of single-source precursor in which the components are tethered by an organic spacer group. For this purpose, alkoxysilanes of the type (RO)3Si(CH2)nX are employed, where X is a group capable ofcoordinating the metal oxide precursor.
