"Impact of DRAM Refresh on the Execution Time of Real-Time Tasks";
Vortrag: International Workshop on Application of Reliable Computing and Communication (in conjunction with PRDC 2001), Seoul, Korea; 01.12.2001; in: "Proceedings of the International Workshop on Application of Reliable Computing and Communication (in conjunction with PRDC 2001)", (2001), S. 29 - 34.

Kurzfassung englisch:
In this paper we discuss how DRAM refreshes influence the execution times and the Worst-Case Execution-Time (WCET) analysis of real-time programs executed on platforms that use DRAM. To this end we identify the parameters and the circum-stances that affect the wait states caused by a DRAM refresh, and demonstrate that DRAM refreshes can invalidate the worst-case execution path determined by static WCET analysis for a program.
