Kurzfassung englisch:
The DRAM cannot be accessed while its cells are being refreshed. Because of that, instructions accessing memory may be delayed. An estimation of this additional delay can be important for the validation of the temporal correctness of real-time tasks. We developed formulas for the static estimation of the delay.
