English abstract:
This thesis focuses on computerization of contracting. Contract
drafting, contract signing, and contract processing are the major tasks in
electronic contracting. We discuss their potential of automation and suggest
different methods. Digital signature and workflow management systems are the
fundamental technologies used in electronic contracting. This work discusses
basic and advanced aspects of workflow management systems and introduces new
approaches and ideas for digital signatures. We consider evolutionary and
revolutionary approaches of contract drafting and present various processable
models of contractual representations.
