English abstract:
In this work a model for numerical simulation of hydraulic hoses subjected to high pressure is presented. Within the framework of the finite element (FE) method for matrix material (rubber) and the reinforcement (wire or textile braid) of this composite structure are considered separately. A new biaxial membrane test provides experimental data for determination of material parameters for rubber treated as a hyperelastic material. The reinforcement is represented by rebar elements, their mechanical behavior is accounted for by means of a fabric lattice model.

Keywords: hyperelasticity, Hydraulic hose, woven material, fabric lattice model
