English abstract:
For measuring the pressure and sliding velocity dependent friction behavior of rubber treads on different surfaces a new testing device was developed. In addition to the documentation of the suitability and capability of the testing equipment, experiments describing the relation between measured frictin coefficients and visco-elastic properties of the rubber specimen are presented.
