English abstract:
Although electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI) is a highly sensitive measuring method, the accuracy of a real 3D-ESPI system is much poorer due to a lot of influences and disturbances during measurement on one hand and due to inaccurate or faulty evaluation on the other hand.
