English abstract:
With the aid of simulations investigations were carried out, by total consideration of all influencing items for the reconstruction of old buildings. By precise analysis of the causes and effects of moisture conditional damage mechanisms the best solution for reconstruction, out of a building physics point of view, was determined. In the first section a new vacuum insulation and its suitable application in old-building renovation as well as the effect on the heat- and moisture behaviour of built in components is analyzed. In the second section, an investigation method was developed, in order to be able to select the correct surface systems for walls with raising damp. The qualities of the surface system are chosen to prevent damages due to moisture without inserting a horizontal barricade. In the third section, an exemplary old-building was used to study the hydro technical effectiveness of an inside insulation system and the resulting heat bridges.
