English abstract:
Departing from an analysis of the economic situation of the city of Salzburg objectives and measures towards a sustainable economic development of the city are formulated. The study includes a forecast of the quantitative and qualitative demand on building-up land for economic purposes and recommendations for the zoning policy.
German abstract:
Ausgehend von einer wirtschaftlichen Strukturanalyse werden im Rahmen des räumlichen Entwicklungskonzepts Ziele und Maßnahmen für die nachhaltige Wirtschaftsentwicklung der Stadt Salzburg entwickelt und der 10-jährige Baulandbedarf für wirtschaftliche Zwecke ermittelt.
