In this article the role of technogical, social and cultural innovations in international competition is argued. These considerations are transferred into recommendations for innovation-oriented regional policy strategies.
German abstract:
In dem Vortrag wird die Bedeutung von technologischen, gesellschaftlichen und kulturellen Innovationen für Regionen im internationalen Standortwettbewerb argumentiert. In einem weiteren Schritt werden daraus Empfehlungen für eine innovationsorientierte Regionalpolitik abgeleitet.
