Kurzfassung englisch:
Some of the Italian architects of the newly grounded towns in Libya are well known, whereas other designers has been forgotten till nowadays, because simple employers in the state offices in charge of the works, and never publicized by the press of that time.
The paper will introduce for the first time two engineers who are not so well known - or unknown at all - by critics, Mario Romano and Alfredo Longarini.
Their own design characteristics related to town planning as well as architectural style will be presented. Also, mentioned characteristics will be briefly compared to the production of other widely known architects.
