The changing light causes a subjective perception of time. Light modifies architecture: The sun rays transform angles and sharp structures into smooth shapes, hard-edged shadows throw strenge projections onto the floor and walls. This steadily changing image of the two cities, Vienna and Berlin, has been created in a process of exchange and co-operation by arti.sts and computer experts.
