English abstract:
The work presented here describes an additional module for the already well established Design for Environment tool ECODESIGN PILOT. This new module is based on QFD and allows to consider environmental demands from customers. Furthermore the possibility for a systematic environmental benchmarking is provided to analyse competitive products.
