English abstract:
The main purpose of this report is to facilitate the introduction of road vehicles fuelled by hydrogen or methane. By studying standards, regulations and infrastructure economics Cleaner Drive has developed recommendations for the European Commission covering policy actions on this issue. A guiding principle has been to make use of the experiences made with natural gas for the hydrogen sector.
