English abstract:
We consider a system composed of an elastic tube in frictional contact with a rotating rigid cylinder. At the contact surface several types of rotating slip-stick and also slip-stick-separation waves with different wave numbers can be observed. In order to determine the stability of these travelling waves, we have to solve a non-local eigenvalue problem.
