English abstract:
In this paper, we are briefly discussing semantic web based information and technologies with the claim of solving existing web problems. Narrowing the scope of our research on major current existing challenge, keeping in mind some already existing in time proposed and implemented semantic web and desktop based approaches we are introducing our own solution Semantic Oriented Agent based Search (SOAS).
