Kurzfassung deutsch:
Für nachhaltige und effiziente Verbesserungen in einem Unternehmen sind punktuelle Maßnahmen nicht ausreichend, sondern es bedarf eines systematischen Ansatzes für eine ganzheitliche Optimierung des Wertschöpfungssystems. Das gilt für die Produktion industrieller Waren ebenso wie für die Bereitstellung von Dienstleistungen und schließt alle direkten und indirekten Prozesse ein, die für die Wertschöpfung notwendig sind.
Kurzfassung englisch:
Selective measures within a company are not adequate to guarantee sustainable and efficient improvements, but a methodical optimisation of the added value system is required for a concrete starting point. This applies both to the production of industrial goods and the provision of services including all direct and indirect processes which are necessary for the realisation of the added value.
