Kurzfassung englisch:
In this study a hydroxylamine reduced silver colloid was used as substrate for on-line SERS detection in CE. Thus, a fused-silica capillary (100 μm i.d. x 363 μm o.d.) was cut to a total length of 40 cm. An on-column detection window was made by removing a section of the polymide coating at 23 cm from the inlet end of the capillary. The CE capillary was placed horizontally on a glass slide, on the Raman microscope stage, which allowed for x, y, and z translation for focusing the laser beam in the capillary. The used HV system was a Spellman CZE 1000R (Spellman, New York, USA), capable of delivering up to 30 kV and 300 μA. The silver colloidal SERS substrate was prepared reducing silver with hydroxylamine
