English abstract:
This paper discusses a hardware channel emulator for UHF 868/915 MHz radio frequency identification (RFID) systems. The driving force behind this work was the need for a test-tool allowing reproducible tests: on the one hand for the performance evaluation of different RFID tags, readers, and systems for a pre-recorded scenario - on the other hand for research purposes. This work will discuss the emulator hardware, the calibrated recording of scenarios, and the 'connectorization' of sticker-tags. Finally, test results of a commercial reader are presented.
