Kurzfassung englisch:
A temperature controlled cell for viscosity measurement using thickness shear mode resonators made out of AT-cut quartz crystals was constructed. Investigations of a low-viscous fluid were carried out. The experiments were focused on the influence on spurious longitudinal waves to the measured values of resonance frequency and quality factor.
