Kurzfassung englisch:
Highly porous mixed oxide sol-gel films with multiple organic functionality and different pore-size regimes were manufactured by a simple dip coating method using different metal precursors, different organic groups and combinations of several porogens. Post-synthesis modification with phosphonic acids allows introduction of a further organic functionality. Spectroscopic methods like NMR and IR were used for qualitative analysis of the organic functionalities. Macro- and mesoporosity were verified using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Nitrogen sorption measurements at 77 K were used for quantification of the micro- meso pore surface area. For investigation and better understanding of material formation, small angle Xray scattering (SAXS) measurements were performed. The degree of post-functionalization was determined by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).
