This cumulative habilitation thesis gives a short introduction to the area of my research in the last years as a member of the Institute of Design and Assessment of Technology at the Vienna University of Technology. It is about coordination, collaboration and cooperative work in general, and it is about designing systems to support coordinated work and about developing methodologies to design coordination for cooperative work settings in particular.
