English abstract:
The development in China during last two decades has been so rapid that attract the world attention. Nevertheless, the Chinese development always accompanies with the several serious challenges. The objectives of the urban planning would have to deal with these challenges. This speech tries to answer the questions how is the urban planning system in China and whether it has reached the general targets and function of the planning.
