English abstract:
The purpose of the presented approach is to present a dynamic, hybrid model of a friction clutch for a hybrid vehicle. The clutch model itself is based on a hybrid state machine, programmed as an external C-function for Dymola and incorporates a friction model which depends on the relative speed of the clutch plates. The state machine is represented by 3 discrete states ´open´, ´closed´ and ´reopening´ and can be parameterized by a small number of parameters. The model of he vehicle clutch is then integrated into a complete model of a hybrid vehicle and tested in a simulation as well as on a Hardware in the Loop test bench. Therefor the clutch model has a real-time capability.
