The Agreement on Scientific Cooperation between the Graduate School of Engineering of the University of Tokyo and the Vienna University of Technology was signed in 1981. This year we celebrate the 25th Anniversary both in Vienna and in Tokyo.
Many professors exchanged their experiences, giving lectures at the inviting university and visiting laboratories and institutions of their academic interest.
Additionally, a great number of Japanese and Austrian graduate students had the possibility to carry out research under the supervision of their host professors abroad.
