English abstract:
In this contribution we consider and discuss
the use of IEEE 802.15.4a compliant signals in car safety
or healthcare applications. In particular, we show indoor
line-of-sight and through-wall measurements carried out
with an IR UWB research and development platform for
802.15.4a, and discuss the results.
