English abstract:
We investigate Klein tunneling in graphene-based quantum dots. We find a strong sensitivity on the width of the p-n transition region as well as a strong influence of boundary effects in finite-sized dots. Our results show that the experimental realization of ultrarelativistic phenomena in graphene will be very difficult.
