English abstract:
The presented speciation method employs a Flow-Injection (FI) system consisting of three different Solid-Phase-Extraction (SPE) cartridges that retain passing metal complexes, separating them into the fractions neutral, anionic and cationic. During direct elution into the detecting ICP-AES system, transient signals are recorded simulta-neously for Mg, Al, Ca, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb. Thereby, both the total metal con-centrations and the distribution into the three classes are acquired in one run. By automatization the presented method minimizes potential error sources. Due to the occurring preconcentration, enhanced detection limits could be achieved. The accuracy of the method was verified using standard addition series and the applicability of the technique to molten snow samples was demonstrated.
